Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a sales manager at Silkroute. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve generating leads, negotiating contracts, and providing sales support. From Cold calling to Closure

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills
  • Customer Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement
  • Lead Generation and Contract Negotiation skills
  • Sales Support and After-Sales Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the Finance industry is a plus
  • Go-getter
