Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Shriram Life Insurance located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales agents, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
