Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Shriram Life Insurance located in Ahmednagar district. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting goals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. They will also be involved in training and motivating the sales team to achieve optimal performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Relevant sales or insurance certifications are a plus
