Position: Senior Sales Manager / Key Accounts Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business prospects, foster relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into enduring business partnerships.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust, positive relationships with key accounts, comprehensively understanding their needs, swiftly resolving issues, and ensuring unwavering customer satisfaction.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Exhibit a profound understanding of our product range, encompassing technical specifications and applications, to eloquently articulate product advantages and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  4. Leadership and Mentorship: Exemplify leadership and mentorship qualities within the sales team and among junior staff, offering guidance, training, and support to facilitate attainment of sales objectives and professional development.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop proactive strategies for market leadership.
  6. Sales Reporting: Compile comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and facilitate informed decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  1. Education: B.E. /B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or any related field. Equivalent substantial industrial experience will also be considered.
  2. Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the automation or industrial electronics sectors. Strong experience in key account management is highly advantageous.
  3. Communication Excellence: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and [local language], adept at engaging with clients across diverse organizational hierarchies.
  4. Technical Acumen: Possess a strong technical grasp of automation products such as PLC, HMI, Sensors, VFDs, etc., or a demonstrated ability to swiftly assimilate complex technical concepts.
  5. Customer-Centric Focus: Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction, prioritizing the establishment and maintenance of enduring relationships based on integrity, reliability, and value delivery.
  6. Mobility: Display a willingness to travel outside the city as required for client engagements, industry events, and business expansion activities.
