Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.

Provide product information, including fabric, style, fit, and care instructions.

Assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories that suit their needs and preferences.

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Process transactions, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.

Keep the store tidy and organized, including folding and arranging merchandise, restocking shelves, and maintaining fitting rooms.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.

Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and effectively showcases products.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and store targets.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Previous retail experience, preferably in clothing or fashion.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to work ,weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight] lbs.
