You will be responsible for leads and manages all sales operations and oversees activities of the junior sales management team.
The key objective is responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and the development of future sales plans. Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM and submitting required sales forecasts.

Experience in ERP Sales & CRM Sales
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design, Develop and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Should have a strong network of contacts for new business opportunities with top leading corporate
Must be able to identify Business opportunities, creating a well-qualified Sales Pipeline, Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and expand customer base- Should be able to independently plan and execute the entire sales cycle i.e. from lead generation to deal closure
Should be able to identify and tap-in to current market industry trend
- Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company's products or services
Managing an existing sales & Sales & Marketing Team, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help them increase their performance- Ensuring that company services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materials
Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
