Job description
You will be responsible for developing the sales for lithium ion batteries with Electric vehicle manufacturers, and OEMs.
1. Prospect Identification and On-boarding:
- Identify potential 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler assemblers/manufacturers within the EV industry, specifically focusing on lithium-ion battery applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively onboard these prospects as customers.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and effectively close sales related to lithium-ion batteries to generate revenue.
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze market data to understand market conditions and identify opportunities within the lithium-ion battery segment.
- Refine the sales funnel and strategies based on market insights.
4. Key Decision Maker Identification:
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers/influencers within target companies, particularly those involved in lithium-ion battery procurement.
5. Customer Requirements and Product Support:
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to gather customer requirements, Statements of Requirements (SORs), and product specifications, particularly for lithium-ion battery applications.
- Facilitate sample submission and coordinate with the application team for testing and approval of lithium-ion battery samples.
6. Events Representation:
- Represent the company in expos, seminars, trade shows, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads for lithium-ion battery products.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of various trackers including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reports, presentations, and brochures, with a specific focus on lithium-ion battery sales.
8. Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the Business Development (BD) and Sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives, with emphasis on lithium-ion battery sales.
- Regularly review team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
9. Marketing Coordination:
- Manage company digital assets such as the LinkedIn page and coordinate with external agencies to execute marketing activities and meet objectives, with a focus on promoting lithium-ion battery products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
