Job Description

_As part of SBL Group's expansion plans, we are seeking candidates for various roles at our Corporate Office in Gurugram, located near Millennium City Center Metro Station. We operate in a 6-day work environment. Interested candidates are requested to apply by submitting their resume (not exceeding 2 pages) along with a recent photograph._

SBL Group ranks as Gurugram's fifth-largest real estate developer by landbank. For over 25 years, the Group has been instrumental in the city's development, providing numerous families a stable home and building a reputation for high-quality, sustainable projects and fast-paced construction.

SBL collaborated with Tata Housing on two of Gurugram's premium luxury residential projects, Gurgaon Gateway in Sector 112 spanning 9 acres and La Vida in Sector 113, covering 12 acres. It has also developed high-rise apartments along the main Pataudi Road in Sector 95, a key part of the fast-growing New Gurugram area, including projects such as Sidhartha NCR ONE, NCR Green, and NCR Lotus.

The Group has since then broadened its portfolio to encompass commercial and mixed-use developments, demonstrating its commitment to India's dynamic real estate sector.

A Sales Manager with 3-10 years of experience in real estate, skilled at independently driving sales and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, property agents, effectively oversee the negotiation process, and contract terms, to successfully close sales.

Pay: 360,
  • 00 - 600,000.00 per year

  • Customer relationship management: 3 years (Required)
