Identify and execute sales growth opportunity at local level, drive channel expansion and new account acquisitions
Achieve sales target by building strong relationships in the channel network Increase sales volumes for Personal Loan lending, manage DSA database and tap them tactfully to ensure healthy sales pipeline Drive faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationship with internal stakeholders
Adopt recommended improvements in process to enhance operational productivity and suggest improvements as well Focus on prescribed guidelines and process check at all stages of unsecured business transaction and raise potential alarm where required
Work on sales volumes and value IRR Monitor and support the recovery of NPA from relevant customers in Region
Ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner
