Job OverviewRoyallinks Constructions is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities, building relationships with clients, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets within the construction sector. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of construction projects, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the construction industry.
- Identify potential markets, clients, and projects to increase business opportunities.
- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Business Development
- Identify and cultivate new business leads to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential client needs.
- Network within the industry to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications, negotiations, and issue resolution.
- Understand clients requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Sales Operations & Process Management
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Collaborate with project, finance, and legal teams to align sales strategies with operational and financial goals.
- Team Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and associates to achieve their targets.
- Provide training and support to enhance team performance and foster a results-oriented culture.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
- Analyze sales metrics and implement corrective actions to address any gaps in performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and maximize revenue.
Key Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and project cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with construction project management tools.
