Position Overview
The Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts for promoting the program. This role involves developing the sales strategy, training the sales team, coordinating with marketing and managing leads to drive enrollments for the program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and finalize the sales pitch for different target segments, ensuring relevance to prospective students needs.
- Train the sales team on program specifics, target audience, common FAQs, and effective sales pitch strategies.
- Collaborate with influencers or strategic partners alongside the marketing team and senior management to boost program visibility.
- Manage and follow up on leads generated from prior marketing efforts, focusing on converting warm and hot leads.
- Implement limited-time offers, scholarships, or discounts to encourage early enrollments and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee the gathering of testimonials from initial enrollees, working with marketing and operations to highlight the LMS and content quality.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to nurture leads who did not enroll, keeping them engaged for future programs.
- Highlight successful alumni from the past programs to build program credibility and encourage enrollment.
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to support pitching, orientation and LMS access for early enrollees.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally within the education sector.
- Proven success in driving sales and managing teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
