Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. They will also be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successful sales and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
• Valid real estate license.
