Job Description:

• Follow Up, Attend to Clients and bring deals to closure
• Achieve Monthly sales targets as set by the management
• Generate leads through referrals
• Service leads generated through digital, referral, and relevant sources.
• Maintain daily reports of all calls done, site visits, and follow-up calls on CRM.

Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Benefits:

• Base salary Fixed 3 LPA
• Performance Bonus of Upto 1 Lac on achieving annual targets
• Incentive Payout on every deal

Pay: From 300,000.00 per year
