2. To work at the PUSHPAM projects as Sales Manager wherever the organization or the VP needs you.
3. To report to Sanskruti @ Karjat site office from Friday to Sunday every week from 9 am to 6.30 pm. In case of emergencies there would be extended working hours. There could be need based changes in this schedule. Report to Mumbai office (We work Andheri or any other ) from Tuesday to Thursday.
4. To do the calling on the data /leads provided from PUSHPAM office and to update details in the the CRM software used in the organization. The timely updates of all the leads, their status is mandatory.
5. Attend all the customers visiting Dapoli site with the best of your abilities. For that you need to be thorough in terms of your knowledge about the organisation, the project and the competition analysis.
8. You need to make sure that every visit is handled in the best possible way and need to pitch the right product to the customer after understanding his requirements.
9. The database is extremely important for any organization so the site visit forms filled by the customers need to be stored safely for future follow ups.
10. You need to update the CRM software after every visit and also the further updates.
11. You need to show the site independently and close the deals at the site by yourself or by taking the support of VP.
12. You need to achieve the targeted sales and generate targeted revenue for the organization.
13. You need to report all the field activities on daily basis to VP.
