Job Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and enhancing our client relationships. You will leverage your knowledge of the real estate market to connect buyers with their dream properties and facilitate a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Meet/call clients to discuss their real estate needs, preferences, and budgets to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Property Presentation: Conduct property showings, highlight key features, and effectively communicate the value of each listing to potential buyers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including agents, marketing, and administrative staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyze feedback from clients and track sales metrics to inform future strategies and improve service delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in local community events and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Pay: 300,000.00 - 700,000.00 per year
