Location:South Mumbai / Andheri / Navi Mumbai / Thane / KDMC / Borivali / Powai

Sector: Commercial Real Estate

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales in the Commercial Real Estate sector in the Mumbai Market. You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on presenting tailored commercial real estate solutions while understanding client requirements. Key activities include business development through cold calling, sharing property proposals, conducting site visits, negotiation, and closures.

This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to effectively understand their needs and requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate deals and close transactions to meet sales goals.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales preferably within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
