Ekatva Group is a Thane-based company. The company has a large portfolio of commercial and residential
developments in Thane. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be
responsible for managing key accounts of channel partners, identifying new business opportunities and
achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, delivering
presentations.
Responsibilities: Only candidates with experience in real estate may apply for this position.
Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through various
channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Understand clients real estate needs and provide tailored pre-sales
consultation with effectively showcasing the unique selling points of the
real estate projects. Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential
customers, and following up on leads.
Achieve sales operational objectives through approved methods (Channel
Partner and Direct Sales).
Build a robust pipeline of Channel partners, tapping into existing
databases, and exploring new channels for potential clients.
Contribute strategic insights to marketing and sales plans.
Enhance product marketability and profitability by identifying and
capitalizing on market opportunities.
Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market
development.
Conceptualize, plan, and implement engaging sales promotion activities.
Collaborate with channel partners to develop communication plans
aligned with specific sales objectives.
Ensure that all leads and follow ups are recorded in Strategic ERP and
weekly reports & productivity records are shared with the Directors.
Explores new opportunities in Direct Sales on site.
Requisite Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey our brand message.
Outstanding negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
Graduate/MBA with a strong academic background.
Thane, Central And Suburbs Experience Is Preferred.
Experience in real estate or property sales is a must.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Education: B.com, MBA in Marketing & Sales
Relevant Experience: Real estate
CTC per annum: Total Experience: 2 to 3 years
Will travel NA Two-Wheeler
