Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with a strong technical background in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar field and will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
3. Create and implement detailed sales strategies to ensure that the company's solar products and services meet customers needs while maximizing profits.
4. Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of solar systems and equipment.
5. Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and stay updated on the latest industry trends.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the solar industry.(Preferable)
3. Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and equipment.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
