Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our thriving real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves overseeing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive growth and market share.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the real estate industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Skills:
