Sales Manager

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales portfolio in the assigned territory. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also provide market insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT/software industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of ERP systems and solutions
• Understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in sales or business development
• Prior experience in the SAP ecosystem is a plus
