Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at PROPERTYPISTOL.com located in Ahmedabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, generating leads, and presenting sales proposals. You will also collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
