We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to handle International as well as local clients, understanding client's needs related to Real Estate purchases.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field.

Relevant Experience : 2-3 years of Real Estate experience.

Job Location: Bangalore (Sanjay Nagar)

Job Description:

1) Understanding client's needs related to real-estate purchases and suggest a good real estate project as per the need.

2) Handling international as well as local clients to solve their queries and also sell them projects.

3) Ensuring Site visits to clients in Residential Projects of different Reputed Builders.

4) Manage and drive the Sales team.

5) Maintaining Performance Report of all the team members

6) Meeting Property Service Providers

7) Target Oriented.
