Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in flooring and wallpaper projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a particular focus on building relationships with builders and turnkey contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, including builders, turnkey contractors, and project managers, to introduce our flooring and wallpaper products.
  • Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets in the project segment.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and design industry, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our flooring and wallpaper solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a focus on flooring, wallpapers, or related products, and a strong network of contacts in the construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with flooring and wallpaper products, including market trends and application techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
