JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. They will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and projects.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and brand.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,- 00 - 40,000.00 per month
