Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at PRD Rigs in Perundurai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and providing feedback to the management team.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of the drilling rig industry or similar industry
• Experience in international sales and exports
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
