Context & Role:· Agent/ Insurance Manager Recruitment,Agent/ Insurance Manager Activation,Product mix,Achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:Execution of sales target through his/her team of FA/IM,Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents (FA/IM)- Identify, recruit and manage advisors from the respective region,· Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products,Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business,Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
Required Qualifications and Experience : · Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree · Preferred experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years · Preferred Nature of Industry: Insurance- Preferably from SBI Life, Kotak, Bajaj Allianz · Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of insurance industry. (Good advisors with strong insurance background can also be referred) · Fresher with good communication and selling skills and insurance knowledge is also preferred.
Knowledge and Skills desired :Technical/ Functional Essential: Experience in insurance sales; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Basic knowledge on Computer Operations
Desirable: Knowledge about the insurance industry; Should be high on initiative; Well-groomed and confident
Prospective candidates with ≥ 3-4 yrs. in two companies or ≥ 2 yrs in one company to be considered as candidature for TM Hiring. Minimum One Promotion mandatory in both scenarios.
