Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Plush Homes LLP located in Gurugram. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also be involved in market research, identifying potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Good knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
