Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Paradygmlaw located in Madiwala - Silkboard area in Bengaluru . As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving student enrolment, increasing revenue, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch. Approach Schools for CLAT Foundation Law Classes and Pre- University Colleges for CLAT and Law Entrance Coaching Classes ( Bengaluru based only). Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents and other stakeholders. Oversee the admissions process, including conducting inquiries, follow-ups, and enrolment procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably in the education sector
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Your established ties with colleges and schools are a valuable asset
