Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Sales Manager at Papier hygiene Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing the sales team below for the given sales vertical
- Guiding, training, and motivating sales team
- Developing and implementing sales strategies,
- Driving revenue growth,
- Building and maintaining customer relationships, and
- Meeting sales targets.
The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide sales training and support to team members.

5-7 years

HORECA (Hotels, Restaurant and Catering) / FMCG Sectors
Location- HBR layout, Bangalore
Qualification and requirements
Graduate
Should possess excellent communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
Responsibilities
Enabling a team of Sales Executives and Sales coordinator to close sales
Setting SOPs, SLAs and processes required to make sales process efficient
Planning strategies bases on the requirement
Building business relationships with potential partners
Making multiple outbound calls to potential partners through sales coordinator
Help develop and deliver product demonstration, presentation to potential partners
Promote and sell products to potential partners
Salary
30,000 to 35,000
