Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
Monitor sales team performance, analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demands and product offerings.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, developing strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Manage the sales budget, optimizing resources to achieve the best results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
