Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the health, and wellness sector.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of 2-3 Assistant Managers, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, extensive knowledge of the health and wellness industry, and the ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 Assistant Sales Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
-Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the health, fitness, and wellness industry.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
-Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the health, fitness, and wellness industry.
-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive sales growth.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
