Sales Manager- New Installation (Manager/ Sr. Manager)
Your main responsibilities
Sales Manager New Installations :- The Sales Manager creates added value through the supervision of the New Installations sales force and the prosecution of escalation requests to meet the branch targets and increase market share.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and deploy Schindler sales strategy in the Branch within the framework specified by Branch Manager and National Sales Manager
Understands and analyses the market, defines customer segmentation, drives customer relationship management with top customer
Ensure that Schindler sales management process and tools are applied
Supervise and support sales team to achieve Branch targets on sales units, C1 Sold, collections and customer satisfaction
What you bring
For the New Installations Sales Manager position, Schindler seeks people with:
Expertise Desired experience of ten to twelve years.
Knowledge and Skills Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry, People Management skills, Organization and Planning skills, Selling skills, Customer Relationship Management, Schindler Finance knowledge, Schindler Leadership Framework behaviors required.
Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics. MBA (Marketing) preferred.
