Salary: Up to 50k plus incentives
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in real estate
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales with a proven ability to drive results
and achieve targets. This role involves leading a sales team, developing sales strategies,
and ensuring customer satisfaction in our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
and objectives.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.client calling, Lead generation.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular
reports to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to
ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior
management.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for
experience in the real estate industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of the real estate market and sales processes.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
