Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Monotech Systems Limited in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of the printing and packaging industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
