Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at MoneyGuard in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and liaising with the debt recovery agencies. They will work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Sales Strategy Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in meeting sales targets and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of debt recovery processes and legal aspects
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial or legal industry is a plus
