Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Manager at Mintifi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, expanding distribution reach, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. This role is based in Katni and Bhind, with flexibility for remote work to accommodate work-life balance.

• Sales Strategy Development, Customer Acquisition, and Relationship Management skills
• Experience in expanding distribution reach and market penetration
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products and services
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
