Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations for Designer Landscapes in the Delhi NCR region. You will manage a team of Sales Executives and build strong relationships with architects, interior, and landscape designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales strategy and team for Delhi NCR
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Achieve sales targets and market share growth
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions
  • Provide training and support to Sales Executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the design/landscape industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong network with architects and designers in Delhi NCR
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
  • Graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: 15,644.65 - 64,739.27 per month
