We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager in the B2B Ferro Alloys industry, who will be responsible for

driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client

relationships, and promoting our range of ferro alloys products. This role requires a strategic mindset,

excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets. We are poised for rapid

expansion and seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive our growth trajectory to new heights.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the ferro alloys sector.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal & exrternal teams, including production, logistics, finance and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the ferro alloys industry or related sectors
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Good to have familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and foster relationships with potential clients
