FSM is Field Sales Manager.
FSM is a very important part in our organizational hierarchy.
FSM is that who onboards brokers and generates sales through them.

- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
Some attributes that you bring to this role
Giving training to the Brokers and ensure Site visit and Booking sales through Brokers
Maintain a good relationship with the client & Brokers.
Motivate the Brokers from time to time to achieve Target.
Keep proper documentation for each and every sale.
Keeping brokers activated.
Weekly 20 Brokers Onboarding is mandatory for FSM
Ensure daily site visits and close the sales App implementation
Experience & Educational Qualification
Qualification - Any Graduate.
