MediSim VR is a MedTech company founded in 2018 with the sole agenda of revolutionizing
medical training in India. MediSim VR combines the benefits of Virtual Reality (VR) and
simulation to deliver immersive learning for skill training and training for surgical tasks.
A resident company of IIT-Madras and holds the merit of being the first Indian company to be a resident company of Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs, Boston.
We are looking for Sales Head to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing
and new markets. We are searching for professionals with a solid track record of creating
long-term value for the organization they are associated with.
You should have strong sales leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team
in an evolving industry landscape, and the role will involve regular travel.
You will be responsible for developing and executing BD strategies, achieving revenue targets,
and growing market share. You will lead sales performance, maintain a pipeline of qualified
opportunities, develop relationships, and collaborate with the marketing team to create effective
campaigns and materials. The role will work closely with the marketing and product teams to
achieve aggressive company goals.
- BD Strategy:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue
targets and increase market share in India.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities and create pricing and
positioning strategies.
- Sales Performance Rigor:
Drive sales performance to meet quarterly objectives and maintain a pipeline of qualified
leads with 80%, 50%, and 20% success ratios.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Medical and Nursing Colleges, Private
and Government Hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
Establish new partnerships to promote the adoption of VR technology.
- Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, providing updates to the CEO.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities every quarter.
- Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and materials that
support sales efforts.
The Sales Manager's performance will be evaluated based on the following KPIs:
Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned region.
10% increase in market share and customer base.
Development of new partnerships with key stakeholders.
Maintenance of a pipeline of qualified leads with 80%, 50%, and 20% success ratios.
Regularly analyze and report market trends and competitor activities to the leadership
team.
- Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales and business development in the healthcare industry.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
