We are a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses achieve their online marketing goals. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Personnel to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to sell our digital marketing and web development packages
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients to understand their needs and present our services- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized solutions for clients that address their specific digital marketing needs
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, including sales pipelines, forecast, and conversion rates
Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and web development trends and technologies to ensure we are offering cutting-edge solutions to our clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Manage and prioritize multiple sales leads and opportunities simultaneously to meet and exceed sales targets
Work closely with the project management team to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specifically in selling digital marketing and web development packages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly motivated and result-driven individual
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
