Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager/Sales Executives (MBA Freshers) at Direct Credit in Noida. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working on Individual contributor role as well as will get the exposure to lead and motivate a team of sales executives, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• MBA degree is mandate.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of local languages is a plus
