Role Description

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast future sales activity.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and explore additional business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive rates.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are clearly communicated and fulfilled.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor client interactions.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
