Job Description:As a Sales Manager for mobile accessories, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within your designated geographic area. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence through effective sales strategies and relationship-building initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new accounts and partnerships, to expand market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, distributors, and channel partners, to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
Provide ongoing sales training, support, and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market positioning.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and manage sales expenses within the allocated budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in sales management within the mobile accessories industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Solid understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the mobile accessories industry.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
