Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and empower a team of skilled insurance agents.
Foster a culture centered around exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance closely, and analyze market trends.
Conduct analysis of competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively pursue new clients through networking.
prospecting, and active participation in industry events to expand the client base.
  • Qualification Criteria:
Graduation is compulsory.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales and marketing experience.
Age: 22 to 38 Years.
  • Candidates must be local natives for at least 3 to 5 years.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 350,
  • 00 - 375,000.00 per year
