Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhuj for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing strategies to maximize sales revenue. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
