Job Overview:
The Sales Manager for the LED Manufacturing Unit will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing a strong sales team, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role will focus on expanding market share, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business within the LED sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategies for market penetration.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team success.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve product positioning.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the LED product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs.
- Pricing & Negotiation:
- Develop pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals with key clients.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Continuously review and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement CRM tools and practices to enhance sales team productivity and customer relationship management.
Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the LED, electronics, or lighting industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Compensation:
Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
