Responsibilities:
Drive new business acquisition through the open market.
Develop and maintain a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) in the market.
Efficiently manage existing DSAs and onboard new DSAs as per business requirements.
Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Possess local market knowledge and proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on DSA management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven track record in sales, particularly in the unsecured loan segment.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
