Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the financial or investment industry
• Manager and Recruit Fanchisees/IFAs for driving Mutual funds,FDs,Bonds,PMS/AIFs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Experience in strategic planning and executing sales strategies
• Knowledge of capital markets and investment products
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in sales or finance are a plus
