Location : Mumbai - For DSA, Open Market Sales / POS- PVR, INOX & IOCL!!!
Qualification:- MBA / Graduation
Candidate for Sales Manager's need to hire and manage team size of 40 to 50 (Team Leaders + Sales Executives) people in Mumbai for open market credit card sales .
Candidate who have worked in Mumbai Location in open market and direct sales credit card business will be preferred .
Overall Job Description:
Managing a team of Sales executive & Team Leader.
Heading the Sales/Business for the location.
Responsible for Managing the overall productivity for the team.
Responsible for Hiring and building/Retaining team.
Driving Credit Cards sales through team in Open market & Point of Sales .
Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards.
Taking complete ownership starting from sourcing, dispatching, follow up with ops and Credit.
Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities.
Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
